摘  要:对捻转血矛线虫卵和粗纹结节线虫卵在不同温度条件下进行培养,观测了发育至三期幼虫各自所需的历期,以生物学过程需热量公式Y·X=a+bX建立了数学模型,比较了两模型中的主要参数b、a的异同。结果表明这两种线虫卵发育至三期幼虫的需热量数学模型有一致的趋势,可合并为一个统一的数学模型Y·X=2180.2793+8.0844X,其共同的发育起点温度为8.1℃,有效积温为90.8日·度。he eggs of H. contortus and O. asperum were cultured at different controlled temperatures. The developmental durations to the third larvae were measured, and two linear regression models of heat requirement for their development, y ·x=a+bx, were established. The important parameters a and b of the two models were compared. The results showed that the two models were similar, and may merged into a common mathematical model y·x=2180 2793+8 0844x. The temperature of the developmental zero of this common model was 8 1℃ and the effective cumulative temperature was 90 8 day-degrees.
