摘　　要：目的:介绍应用Cytospin4细胞离心涂片机诊断急性淋巴细胞白血病淋合并脑膜白血病。方法:将142例符合纳入病历标准的患者脑脊液适量成份涂片、染色、镜检。结果:142例脑脊液中仅有10份在化疗后为阳性。结论:用Cytospin4细胞离心涂片机即使脑脊液中细胞数正常,也可找到原、幼淋巴细胞。Objective To introduce the application of Cytospin4 cell-centrifugation-smear machine in the diagnose of acute lymphoblastic leukemia incorporating with meningeal leukemia. Method 142 patients who accorded with the standard were studied,And their cerebrospinal fluid was executed smear,staining,microscopy. Results Only 10 cases were positive in the 142 cases after chemical therapy. Conclusion We can find lymphoblast and prolymphocyte by using Cytospin4 cell-eentrifugation-smear machine even in the condition which the cell count was normal in the cerebrospinal fluid.
