摘　　要：21世纪是知识经济的时代,作为知识载体的人才已经成为最重要、最宝贵的资本,成为知识经济发展的先决条件和经济增长的关键因素。因此,对人才资本产权的内涵、特征及其结构等问题进行分析具有一定的现实意义。The 21st century is an knowledge economy era. Talent, who owns knowledge, has become the important and value capital and become the determinant of the knowledge economy＇s development and the pivotal factor of the economic growth. ,So studying the problem of talent capital property right＇s meaning, character and structure has a practical significance.
