中国地方性教学型大学组织整合机制的案例研究

摘　　要：案例研究表明,当前中国地方性教学型大学的组织整合机制具有如下特点:(1)中国地方性教学型大学的组织整合机制并非以文化机制为主;(2)科层机制和文化机制在中国地方性教学型大学的组织整合中都发挥着重要的作用,相比而言,科层机制的作用更大一些;(3)目前,市场机制在中国地方性教学型大学的组织整合中发挥的作用很小。On the basis of case study,there are several characteristics of the organization system in the local teaching university： （1）The integration system is not mainly based on cultural system; （2）Both the bureaucracy system and cultural system play an important role, but comparatively speaking, the role of bureaucracy system is more important;（3） At present,market system is playing very weak role in the integration system.
