乳腺浸润性导管癌钼靶X线表现与C-erbB-2的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨浸润性导管癌钼靶X线表现和C-erbB-2间的关系,评价依据导管癌钼靶X线,术前预测C-erbB-2的表达的可行性。方法:乳腺钼靶和病理证实的浸润性导管癌60例,术后大体标本经免疫组织化学染色判断C-erbB-2的表达情况。把浸润性导管癌钼靶X线表现中的恶性钙化、肿块边缘的毛刺与C-erbB-2的表达情况进行对比。结果:导管癌60例中,肿块伴毛刺者25例,有钙化者28例;C-erbB-2表达阳性33例,钙化组C-erbB-2的阳性率与无钙化组相比有高度统计学意义(P<0.05)。无毛刺组C-erbB-2的阳性率较毛刺组略高,但无统计学意义。结论:IDC中钙化性肿块和C-erbB-2有相关性,钼靶X线征像可反映C-erbB-2的表达情况。Objective：To probe the relationship between the appearance on mammography and C -erbB -2 in infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast （IDC） and evaluate the possibility of predicting the expression of C - erbB - 2 in IDC preoperation by means of mammography. Methods：60 patients with IDC confirmed pathologically were involved in this study ,and the specimen was examined immuhistochemistically to judge the expression of C - erbB - 2. The malignant calcifications and marginalspeculation around tumors on Mo - target X - ray images were compared with the expression of C - erbB - 2. Results： Spicule signs were seen in 25 of the 60 cases,and calcifications,in28; C -erbB- 2 positve erpression was found in 33. Significant difference in C -erbB -2 positive rate existed between the lesion with calcifications and the lesion without calclfications（P 〈 0.05）. C - erbB - 2 positive rate in lesions without spicule sign was higher than that in lesions with spicule sign, but there was no statistical difference. Conclusion：A certain correlation exists between calcification and C - erbB - 2 expression in patients with IDC. The appearance of infiltrating ductal carcioma（IDC） on Mo - target X - ray images may be used to predict the expression of C - erbB - 2 in IDC.
