摘  要:目的:探讨刺五加对兔慢性实验性青光眼玻璃体中谷氨酸浓度的影响及对青光眼视神经保护机制。方法:前房注射2.5%羟丙基甲基纤维素建立白兔双眼实验性慢性青光眼模型,动态观察眼压,高眼压维持4周后行双眼小梁切除术。术后随机分为刺五加组和对照组,于前房注射前、注射后4、8、12周抽取双眼玻璃体,利用高效液相色谱分析检测玻璃体谷氨酸浓度。结果:两组间前房注射前、注射后、小梁切除术后眼压,前房注射前,刺五加组和对照组之间的玻璃体谷氨酸浓度无均统计学意义(P>0.05),前房注射后4、8、12周,刺五加组和对照组玻璃体谷氨酸浓度均高于注射前(P<0.01)。刺五加组玻璃体谷氨酸浓度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:刺五加能抑制玻璃体谷氨酸浓度的升高,可能对青光眼性视神经损害具有保护作用。Objective:To study the effect of acanthopanax senticosus on glutamate concentration of vitreous body in the rabbits with experimental chronic glaucoma. Methods :The rabbit models of experimental chronic glaucoma were produced by injecting methylcellulose into bilateral anterior chamber. Chronic, moderately elevated intraocular pressure(IOP) lasted for 4 weeks and then decreased by trabeculectomy. The rabbits were divideded into an acanthopanax senticosus group and a control group. Vitreous glutamate concentrations of those rabbits in each group were analyzed before injection and 4,8 and 12 weeks after injection. Results :The vitreous glutamate concentrations of the two groups were elevated significantly after injection. Four, eight and twelve weeks after injection, the vitreous glutamate concentrations of the acanthopanax senticosus group were significantly lower than control group. Conclusion:Vitreous glutamate concentration in experimental glaucomatous eye was elevated significantly. Acanthopanax senticosus could inhibit elevation of vitreous glutamate concentration.
