摘　　要：在充分论述企业配送网络的发展趋势和敏捷供需链核心思想的基础上,选取敏捷化的配送网络作为研究对象,提出了基于敏捷供需链协调决策的配送网络模型,为企业进行配送网络的建设提供一定的参考。Taking the agile distribution networks as a research object, the paper puts forward a distribution network model based on coordination and decision suppert of ASC （Agile Supply Chain）, so as to offer a certain reference to the enterprises＇ distribution networks construction,
