摘　　要：目的探讨电脑在病案质控中的应用,提高病案质控水平。方法应用广东省医院病案电脑质控平台进行病案质控。结果数据输入方便快捷,共享程度高,标准化、规范化水平高。通过电脑产生各种病案质量的评价表格及指标,可以更科学地评价病案质量情况。结论应用病案电脑质控平台是促进病案管理现代化的一项先进技术,建议推广应用。Objective Survey the application in using computer on medical record Q,C. and enhance the level of medical record Q.C. Methods Make the use of Guangdong hospital computer medical record Q.C. platform for medical record quality control, Results Data input is convenient and fast , the sharing level and the standardization level are both satisfied, All sorts of estimated forms and index judged by computer may evaluate medical quality control scientifically. Conclusion Computer medical record Q.C. platform is a scientific technology in improving the controlled modernization for medical record. It is necessary to generalize and apply for computer medical Q.C, platform.
