摘  要:本文应用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术,研究了葵花籽油的萃取工艺。采用正交试验,考察了压力、温度、萃取时间三因素对葵花籽油萃出率的影响效果。最佳萃取条件为:压力30Mpa,温度45℃,时间3h,CO2流量25kg/h。利用GC/MS分析了葵花籽油的成分组成,比较了超临界CO2萃取的油样和乙醚萃取油样的理化性质。The extracting study of sunflower seed on was carried with the supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction technique. The effects of extraction pressure, temperature and time on the extraction rate were investigated by the orthogonal design. The results of the experiments indicate that the optimum extraction pressure,temperature,time and SC-CO2 flow for the maxium extraction was 30Mpa, 45℃ ,3h, 25kg/h,respectively. The components of sunflower seed oil was determined by GC/MS amalysis,and the physical and chemical properties of the oil were studued and conyavea.
