硅质合金中碳化硅的分析探讨

摘　　要：针对硅质合金中酸不溶物进行了研究,论述了不溶物的成份分析,指出了硅质合金中有酸不溶物存在情况下,碱熔法和酸溶———氟硅酸钾容量法分析硅,分析结果产生较大的差异的原因。证实了不溶物中的主要成分是碳化硅,并确立了干扰因素的消除和准确分析碳化硅含量的方法。This text researched the acid non- dissolvable matter in silicon alloy,, discussed the composition analysis of non - dissolvable matter, pointed out the reason of producing big difference between two method： alkali dissolve method and acid dissolve - K2SiF6 capacity method of analyzing sihon, under the condition that there is acid non- dissolvable matter in silicon alloy . It was proved that the main content in non - dissolvable matter is carborundum . The way of eliminating the factor of disturbance and ana- lyzing the content of carborundum was established.
