摘 要:对无纺布强化刨切微薄竹贴面的地板进行了初步研究。当无纺布强化刨切微薄竹贴面于高密度纤维板上,背面分别采用浸渍纸和杨木单板做平衡层时,两种产品的主要理化性能均满足GB/T18102-2000《浸渍纸层压木质地板》的要求,但这两种结构的地板均有不同程度的变形,均须经过压制才能得以矫正;而当无纺布强化刨切微薄竹单面贴于胶合板表面时,生产出的地板在所采用的工艺条件下几乎不变形,产品的主要理化性能满足GB/T18103-2000中规定。Flooring overlaid with sliced bamboo veneer strengthened with non-woven cloth was studied. When high density fiberboard was used as substrate and resin impregnated paper or poplar veneer as back layer, the flooring produced satisfied the requirements of GB/T 18102 2000 in physical and mechianical properties, but it always had some deformations that must be rectified by pressing. Whereas, when plywood was used as substrate, the flooring produced hardly deformed under the adopted technological conditions in this study, and its physical and mechanical properties also satisfied the requirements of GB/T 18103-2000.
