摘　　要：信息是物质运动本身的属性。通过大自然发出的信息理解宇宙,发现自然规律,是科学永恒的主题。现代信息科学技术使人们能够超越感觉器官和神经系统的生理极限,以前所未有的方式获取自然的信息。文章阐述了信息对科学发展的决定性意义,论述了传感器产生的物理学背景和学科涵义,概括地介绍了人类探寻科学信息的某些前沿活动,讨论了它们对探索者的启示。Information is attribute of matter motion itself. It is an eternal subject that the univense is understanded and the nature rule is discovered through information from the nature. Modern information science and technology enables prople to surpass physiological limit of sense organ and nervous system, So that information of the nature can be obtained in unprecedented way. Decisive significance of information in science develepment is expouned. Physics background and subject implication of sensor emergence is described. Some fornt activities people explore science information is briefly introduced. Their enlightenment for explorers is discussed.
