摘　　要：人工晶体由最初的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),发展到今天的多焦点人工晶体、ACRYSOF晶体等,一直在不断的改良、变化。选择一种合适的人工晶体对白内障复明手术有着十分重要的意义。本文将从各个方面对不同人工晶体的特性、几种较新的人工晶体类型作一简要的综述。With the rapid development in cataract operation, the application of intraocular lens starting to improve and alter all along is exercised by not only polymethylmethacrylate （PMMA） but also present multi-focus intraocular lens, ACRYSOF lens and etc. Obviously, the right selection for intraocular lens is a vital element to deciding whether or not the cataract operation can be implemented successfully. Here, It is summarized to identify the different characteristics of intraocular lenses and show some comparatively latest kinds of intraocular lens according to various kinds of cataract operations.
