摘 要:目的:了解端粒酶和p53在乳腺良性病变和乳腺癌组织中的表达情况,探讨端粒酶和p53在乳腺癌发生、发展中的相互关系。方法:采用原位杂交和免疫组织化学的方法,对30例乳腺良性病变和70例乳腺癌进行分析。结果:70例乳腺癌组织端粒酶阳性表达54例,阳性率77%,p53阳性表达44例,阳性率62.86%;30例良性病变组织端粒酶阳性表达2例,阳性率6%,p53阳性表达6例,阳性率20%。端粒酶和p53在乳腺癌和乳腺良性病变中的表达差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:端粒酶和p53在乳腺癌细胞的发生、发展中起到一定的协同作用。Objective:To analyse the expression of telomerase and p53 in benign and malignant breast lesions, and to investigate the correlation between the telomerase and p53 during the beginning and development of the carcimona in the breast. Methods:The telomerase expression was examined by using in situ hybridization(ISH), while p53 was examined by using immunohistoehemistry. 70 cases of carcinomas and 30 cases of benign lesions were analysed. Results:54 cases were positive expression in telomerase and 44 cases were positive expression in p53 in the carcinoma. The positive rate was 77% and 62.86% respectively. 2 cases were positive expression in telomerase and 6 cases were positive expression in p53 in benign lesions. The positive rate was 6% and 20% respectively. The difference between the expression of telomerase and p53 in benign lesions and carcinomas in the breast was obviously significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion:There are correlation between the telomerases and carcinoma in breast. The telomerase can be a new tumor marker for the breast carcinoma.
