摘　　要：作者已研究了高眼压对猫眼视网膜血管及组织的影响。发现重度高眼压3周后,部分视网膜毛细血管内皮组细胞和壁外被细胞发生肿胀变性,溶解消失。We observed the changes of the retinal vascular structure in the four eyes of the human absolute glaucoma by the method of trypsin digestion of the retina. The results revealed as follows:1. Many retinal capillaries developed acellular change.2. There were evident lose of the endothelial cells of the retinal capillaries in two specimens and a marked lose of the intramural pericytes in another two specimens.3. We didn't find the selected damage of the RPC.4. There were some microaneurysms in the retinal capillaries on two specimens. The microaneurysms might lose cells and develop hyaline degeneration. By above observation, we understood basically the changes of the retinal vascular architecture in absolute glaucoma. This would lay a foundation for researching deeply the area.
