摘　　要：90年代以后,国际上对信息社会测度的研究有3个特点:测度对象集中于信息通信技术群(ICTs);有一定的官方统计色彩,或者是为进行官方统计作准备;有强烈的政策含义。需要进一步研究概念的使用,在理论和方法上有创新,要更多了解国际主流规范。表2。参考文献13。Since the 1990s, there have been three characteristics in the studies of the measurement of information society： the focus on ICTs, the features of official statistics and the strong political implications. The authors suggest making further researches on the use of concepts, making theoretical and methodological innovations and knowing more about international mainstreams. 2 tabs, 13 refs.
