摘　　要：A new abeotaxane was isolated from the seeds of Taxus mairei. Its structure was determined to be 2α, 5α, 13α-trihydroxy-7β, 10β-diacetoxy-2（3→20） abeotaxa-4（20）, 11-dien-9- one on the basis of 1D and 2D spectral analysis.A new abeotaxane was isolated from the seeds of Taxus mairei.
