几种食用药用菌菌丝生长的磁效应研究

摘　　要：本文研究了交变电磁场对平菇、姬茹、凤尾菇、香茹、金针菇、灵芝、猴头菌、木耳等８种食用药用菌菌丝生长的影响。结果表明磁处理可使菌丝生长速度加快，菌丝直径增大，分枝数增多，因而菌落长势旺盛，菌丝粗壮。其影响程度与食用药用菌种类、场强、处理时间有关。The effects of alternative magnetic field on the hyphal growth of eigtht edible and medicinal fungi pleurotus osrreatus, Pleurotus.sp,Pleurotus Sajor-caju (Fr) Sing, Lentinus edodes,Flammnlia oelutipes,Ganoderma lucidum,Hericium erinacens and Auricuria auricula were studied in this article.The results indicated that maguetic treatment could enhance the growth speed of hyphae,enlarge hyphal diameter and increase hyphal branches,So clony was vigorous,abundant,white and thick. The effects of magnetic treatments were related with the species of edible and medicinal fungi,magnetic intensity and treatmetn period.
