消化系统癌症患者血清α_1－抗胰蛋白酶检测及临床意义

摘　　要：作者采用酶法及免疫电泳法同时测定了多种消化系统癌症患者血清α_１－抗胰蛋白酶（α_１－ＡＴ）水平。结果显示数种消化系统癌症患者血清。α_１－ＡＴ水平均较正常对照组显著增高（Ｐ＜０．００ｌ），两种测定方法结果一致。结果证明血清α_１－ＡＴ，作为一种急性时相反应物，在各种消化系肿瘤发生时可非特异性升高，因此α_１－ＡＴ测定对这些肿瘤的诊断有一定临床价值。两种测定方法的比较说明免疫电泳法是血清。α_１－ＡＴ临床测定的较好方法。In this experiment we measure the serum alpha-1-antitrypsin (α_1-AT)level of varied digestive cancers with both the enzymatic and immunoelectrophoresis methods.The results from both methods are identical,the serum α_1-AT level of varied digestive cancers are signiflcantly higher than that of normal control (P<0. 001).The results indicate that,as a sort of acute phase reactants,serum α_1-AT level may elevate nonspecifically in varied digestive cancers,and therefore detection of serum α_1-AT Ievel has clinical meaning for diagnosis or screen of these cancers.We also compare the both test methods of serum α_1-AT and conclude that the immunoelectrophoresis method may be the better selection for clinical usage.
