摘  要:低剂量的He-Ne激光照射可使多向性造血干细胞(CFU_(-s))和粒系定向干细胞(CFU_(-c))的增殖能力增加。将激光处理的骨髓细胞从静脉输注给900拉德^(60)C_(c-γ)射线照射的受体小鼠,从第三天开始股骨有核细胞数及CFU_(-s)含量明显增多。The colony-forming capacity of haemopoietie stem cell and granuloeyte committed precusor cell can be increased by lower dose He-Ne laser irradiation. The bone marrow cell suspension which red beam treated with laser was injected intravenously into isogenic recipients(preirradiated with a dose of 9GY ^60Co-γ ray) and the result showed that the nuoleated ceils and CFU-s in femur were increased Significantly from the 3rd day.
