摘　　要：利用氦氖-铌酸锂混合无镜双稳装置实现了恒定光偏置和脉冲光偏置两种方式下的光信号放大,放大倍数分别达15和20-95。脉冲偏置下还观察到与放大伴随着的脉冲波形改善。从理论上计算了双稳态光信号放大器的工作条件和增益振幅特性,与实验定性一致。Light signal amplification has been realized both in constant-light-bias and pulse-light-bias modes by means of a He-Ne-LiNhO3 mlrror-less hybrid OBD. The light signal gain is 15 and 20-95 respectively, The improvement of pulse wave shape to the accompany of amplitude amplification has also been observed. The operation condition,light signal gain and the gain-amplitude characteristic for hybrid and all-optical bistability amplifier have been calculated theoretically.The theory is agrees with our erperiment qualitatively.
