泽桂癃爽胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中成药泽桂癃爽胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效和作用机理。方法慢性前列腺炎患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各200例,填写国际前列腺症状评分表(IPSS),进行直肠指检及按摩、B超、尿流等检查。治疗组口服泽桂癃爽胶囊,每次2粒,每天3次,30天为一个疗程。结果治疗组后下尿路症状改善,平均IPSS评分降低12.1%；平均比对照组前列腺体积缩小15.7%；平均最大尿流率提高38%；剩余尿量无明显变化。治疗4周后前列腺炎症状指数(CPSI)评分；总有效率197例(98.5%)。结论泽桂癃爽胶囊具有温肾助阳,改善盆底组织血液循环,提高机体免疫力作用,它是消除前列腺炎引起的后下尿路综合征和改善患者性生活质量的首选药物。Objective To study the efficacy and mechanism of Chinese traditional medicine Ze Gui Long Shuang capsule for the chronic prostatitis. Methods 400 patients with the chronic prostatitis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group （200 patients in each group）. The medical history, International prostate symptom score（IPSS） , digital rectal examination and prostatic massage, ultrasonography and uroflowmetry were done at the baseline. The patients in the treatment group took orally two Ze Gui Long Shuang capsules three times per day for thirty days. Results The patients in the treatment group arc reported the low t, rinary tract symptoms to be improved. The mean I PSS decreased by 12.1%, the mean volume of prostate was reduced by 15.7%, and the mean maximum flow rate increased by 38%, In the remaining urine there was no distinct differences. From the results of CPSI post 4 weeks treatment, the curative effect was significant, total rate is98.5% （197 patients）. Conclusions Ze Gui l,ong Shuang capsule can improve renal capacity and cavernous body of penis hyperemia, It can improve the circulation of blood of pelvic diaphragm, raise the immunization of the hody. It can abrogate low urinary tract symptoms of prostatitis, 11 is a first chosen drug for improving the quality penile erection of Patients.
