摘　　要：报告了１１８例脑恶性胶质瘤病人的临床治疗情况。结合随访结果，初步分析了手术切除程度、放疗、化疗及病人年龄等因素对病人生存期的影响。结果表明，手术应尽可能最大限度地切除肿瘤，术后辅以放疗、化疗能显著延长病人生存期。The clinical management of 118 patients suffered from malignant gliomas is reported. With the data of follow up survey the influence of some factors on patients life span is briefly analysed, such as the extent of tumor resection, radiotherapy, chemotherapy as well as age of the patient. The results showed that surgical removal as much tumor as possible followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy could significantly prolong the patients survival time. But patients aged more than 50 years had a poor relatively prognosis.
