摘  要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在急性脑出血中的动态变化及其与出血量大小的关系。方法采用双抗体ELISA法测定32例脑出血患者24 h内、3 d、7 d、14 d与30名健康对照者血清VEGF浓度。结果脑出血患者的血清VEGF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),在发病后24 h内即开始升高,3 d时稍高,7 d时达高峰,14 d时仍维持较高水平。脑出血患者急性期出血量大小不同,VEGF浓度也不同,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论血清VEGF在脑出血后呈动态变化,提示VEGF参与了脑出血后的病理变化,对其进行进一步研究有一定的临床意义。Objective To study the dynamic changes of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its relationship with the volume of hemorrhage in the patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Serum VEGF level was deternined by ELISA in 32 patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage during different phases (with in 24 h, at 3,7, and 14 d after the onset of disease), and 30 healthy controls were. included. Results The levels of VEGF in the patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage were much higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05), The levels of serum VEGF gradually increased after the onset of acute intracerebral hemorrhage and reached the peak at 7 d, and didn't recover at 14 d. The cerebral hemorrhage patients with larger volume of cerebral hemorrhage had higher VEGF levels, but there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions The dynamic change of VEGF content after intraeerebral hemorrhage indicates that VEGF may take part in the pathological process after intracerebral hemorrhage, and it has clinical significance to make further study.
