摘　　要：利用2003年统计年鉴数据,对我国31个地区城镇就业状况进行因子分析,用SPSS11.5软件计算各地区4个因子得分和综合得分,并在此基础之上比较各地区的就业状况揭示存在的问题,提出相应的建议.Based on the data in 2003 yearbook, this paper has a factor analysis about urban - employment condition of 31 regions in our country. By using SPSS software, computes factor scores and synthetic scores are achieved. Then the article explores existing problems and provides the corresponding advices.
