摘　　要：目的通过测定血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肿瘤患者血清及恶性渗出液中的含量,以明确VEGF能否作为肿瘤标志物。方法通过酶联免疫吸附法测定VEGF在健康人、肿瘤患者血清及恶性渗出液中的含量。结果恶性肿瘤患者血清中VEGF含量较健康组高,且有显著差异(P<0．01),但多数肿瘤转移与非转移组比较无差异(肝癌患者除外),非转移性胃肠道肿瘤患者血清中VEGF与CEA、CA19-9有相关性,其他恶性肿瘤血清中VEGF与CEA、CA19-9均无相关性。22例肺癌患者渗出液中VEGF中位数229．2pg/ml,比其血清中VEGF中位数高(62．2pg/ml)。有恶性渗出液患者血清中VEGF与其渗出液中VEGF无相关性,渗出液中VEGF与其CEA、CA19- 9及LDH亦无相关性。肺癌患者经治疗血清中VEGF随病情好转而下降,也可随病情进展而升高。结论①恶性肿瘤患者血清中VEGF水平比健康人高。②VEGF可作为一个非特异性的肿瘤标志物,且与治疗疗效呈正相关。Objective To determine whether vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） could be used as a tumor marker by detecting the VEGF levels in serum and effusion from malignant tumor patients. Methods VEGF concentrations were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the serum from the healthy donors and in the serum and the malignant effusion from the patients. Results The serum VEGF levels from the malignant tumor patients was higher than that from the healthy donors, and there was a signifieant difference （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Whereas there was no significant correlation between nonmetastatic and metastatic in most of the tumors（ except HCC）. In patients with nonmetastatic gastroin- testinal carcinoma, there was a correlation between serum VEGF levels and CEA and CA19-9 levels, but no correlation in other tumors. Effusion VEGF level （ mean concentration was 229. 2 pg/ml） was higher than serum VEGF level （mean concentration was 62. 2 pg/ml） in 22 lung caneer patients with malignant effusion. In patients with malignant effusions, there was no significant relation between serum VEGF levels and effusion VEGF levels, nor was there a relation between effusion VEGF levels and CEA, CA19-9 and LDH levels in effusion. Serum VEGF levels in lung cancer patients decreased after successful chemotherapy, and inereased with tumor relapse. Conclusion ①The serum VEGF levels from malignant tumor patients is higher than that from the healthy; ② The VEGF can be used as a nonspecifie tumor marker, and has positive correlation with the curative effect.
