摘　　要：淮安采输卤管道上采用了无溶剂环氧涂料内涂层的新工艺、新技术。详细介绍了无溶剂环氧涂料的优良性能,本工艺是一种耐腐蚀、耐油、耐水、无毒无污染的绿色工艺。结合生产现场实际应用情况,对本涂料及其涂装施工情况进行了小结。The article mainly discusses a new inner-anticorrossion technology adopting solvent free epoxy anticorrosive paint in transporting salty water pipeline in Huaian city and introduces the advantage of solvent free epoxy paint. This technology is a green technology which does not contain volatile organic solvent and has no pollution to the enviorortment. The coating possesses excellent resistance to chemicals, oil and water. The actual application and prospection of development about the anticorrosive paint are summarized.
