摘　　要：分析了平轮产生的基本原因,介绍了踏板检测法、电信号检测法、声音检测法、加速度检测法、图像检测法等5种平轮在线自动检测方法,并简析了各自的优缺点。加速度检测法的技术比较成熟,检测效果较好,可以推广应用;图像检测法是未来平轮在线自动检测的发展方向。With an analysis of the main reasos for producing flat wheel, this paper discusses some on line automatic detection methods in the world, their respective merits and demerits, holds that the accelerating detection is a matured technology and shall be widely adopted; while the image detection shall be the future development for the on-line automatic detection.
