摘　　要：对轮对等级镟修的必要性和经济性进行了论证。轮轨动力学关系、轮重减载量的分析计算表明,车辆不会因实施等级镟修而引起脱轨。从等级镟修前后踏面形状变化比较可以得出结论实施等级镟修是安全可行的,且轮缘厚度值采用28mm、30mm、32mm比较合适。给出了轮缘厚度为30mm的等级镟修模板图。With an analysis of the dynamic performance of the worn protile wheel tread, and the investigation data gained from the vehicle overhaul, this paper discusses the adoption of the wheelset class-lathing method based on the statistics of whileset wearing, holds that this method has reasonable technical parameters,and therefore, is feasible for both economic and technical purposes,
