摘 要:目的研究金铂合金、含钛镍铬合金对不同龈下优势菌黏附的影响。方法将上述两种冠修复材料粘接在种植纯钛材料上,与四种龈下优势菌伴放线共生放线杆菌(A a)、牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)、中间普氏菌(P i)、具核梭杆菌(Fn)共同厌氧孵育,采用菌落形成单位(CFU)计数法测定培养试件表面的细菌黏附量,扫描电镜观察试件表面细菌黏附情况。结果四种龈下优势菌在金铂合金—钛试件表面细菌黏附量明显多于含钛镍铬合金—钛试件。结论①四种龈下优势菌单独附着能力有差异,A a>Fn>Pg>P i。②金铂合金对细菌的生长黏附无抑制作用。Objective: To study the effect of Au-Pt and Ti-Ni-Cr on the adhesion of the different subgingival predominant bacteria on implant materials. Methods: After the two crown materials were attached to the Ti implant material, under anaerobic incubation, the adhesion of four subgingival predominant bacteria: Aetinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans (Aa), Porphyromanus gingivalis (Pg), Fusobacterium nucleatum (Fn), and Prevotella intermedia (Pi) were investigated respectively. The quantification of the adhered bacteria on the surfaces of the materials was assayed by means of clone forming unit (CFU) method. The morphology of the bacteria adhered to the materials was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results: The amounts of the four subgingival predominant bacteria adhered to the surface of Au-Pt alloy samples were more than those of Ti-Ni-Cr alloy samples. Conclusion: There is difference in the adhereing ability of the four subglngival predominant bacteria, Aa〉Fn〉Pg〉Pi. Au-Pt alloy does not resist the growth and adhesion of the bacteria.
