摘　　要：叙述了具有集成驱动、保护和系统控制功能的智能功率模块FSBB20CH60。实现了一种基于 FSBB20CH60的高性能隔离驱动的功率模块。将该功率模块应用于变频空调,降低了成本,提高了可靠性。An advanced smart power module （SPM） FSBB20CH60 which has the functions of integrated driven, protection and system control is introduced. A high performance external driven power module based on FSBB20CH60 is designed. While the module is uesed in inverter aireon, the aireon＇s cost gets low and its reliability gets hign.
