摘  要:施用草甘膦后,桑树叶片类黄酮含量明显下降,下降程度随草甘膦浓度增加和时间延长而加重,同时伴随着电解质外渗和膜脂过氧化产物MDA的增加。叶片光合性能下降,表现出叶绿素含量下降、光合速率PN降低等伤害症状。外施类黄酮物质芦丁(RUTIN)在一定程度上抑制膜脂过氧化和光合性能的下降。这表明类黄酮与草甘膦引起的桑树叶片伤害存在一定的相关性。After treated by glyphosate, the flavonoid contents in mulberry leaves decreased significantly. The electrolyte leakage and malondialdehyde(MDA), as results of the membrane lipid peroxidation, increased concomitantly. The falling of photosynthetic capability was also occurred, such as the decreasing of chl. content and the decreasing of photosynthetic rate. Rutin, as a kind of flavonoids can inhabit the decreasing of photosynthesis and the increasing of membrane lipid peroxidation process when used to mulberry leaves after glyphosate treatment. These results demonstrated that flavonoids were related with the injury by glyphosate in mulberry leaves.
