摘　　要：开展资源综合利用,发展循环经济,走新型工业化道路是煤炭企业发展的必然选择。阐述了开展能源资源综合利用,发展循环经济的意义,介绍了潞安矿业集团在这方面的现状。针对潞安集团遵奉循环经济理念,开展煤炭资源综合利用,构建煤—焦—化、煤—电—化、煤—油—化产业链,建设能化大集团的发展战略,提出设想和建议。It is a necessity for the mining companies to make synthetic utility and develop cycled economic so as to be in the new-styled industrial way. The article states the meaning of developing synthetic utility and cycled economic and introduces the present status in Lu＇an Mining Group Co. Ltd. Thoughts and suggestions are provided based on the developmental strategy of synthetic utility of coal resource and constructing industrial chains of coal -coking-chemical engineering, coal-electricity-chemical engineering, and coal-oil-chemical engineering.
