摘 要:为了适应e-制造环境对企业生产调度提出的新要求,提出了一种工艺规划与生产调度动态集成的系统模型。在该模型中,首先采用模糊评价方法根据不同零件的完成提前期、设备利用率、其他制造资源利用率等因素进行了动态工艺路线决策,得到适合目前生产情况的工艺方案,然后根据设备的负荷系数进行制造资源决策,把工序任务分配给具体的设备。为了解决被分配到e-制造单元的工序任务调度问题,根据零件在设备之间转移时间的条件,提出了一种e-制造单元调度问题的蚁群算法模型,并根据自适应调度原理,给出生产情况变动时动态调度策略,保证了调度结果的可行性。To meet the new requirements of e-manufacturing for enterprise's production planning By. scheduling, a system model was proposed to dynamically integrate process planning and production planning & scheduling. In the model, a fuzzy evaluation model was firstly introduced to make dynamic process planning decisions according to lead time of parts, utilization rate of machines and other manufacturing resources so as to obtain the most suitable process planning for the current production conditions. Then, manufacturing resources decisions were made according to their load coefficients and all process-grade tasks were assigned to appropriate machines. In order to resolve the problem of process--grade tasks scheduling for e-manufacturing cell, taking the parts" transfer time among machines into consideration, a new scheduling model based on ant colony algorithm was brought forward. To ensure availability of the scheduling result, dynamic scheduling strategies were finally provided according to the self-adaptive scheduling principles.
