摘　　要：以设计和实现江西省地税征管业务信息系统为例,就大型Web数据库系统的应用程序编程模型做了一定的研究,运用MVC设计模式的Struts实现解决系统中各个模块间复杂的信息交换和数据库处理,以及不同模块开发、层次衔接和整合上存在的问题。Taking a practical designing and developing procedure of Jiangxi local tax collection and administration Information system for example, thla paper has done some research about programming model of applieation program in large Web database system, using struts realization of MVC designing patternto solve the problems on complicated information exchanging among modules , database processing and the problems of developing, joining between different modules.
