摘 要:在碱性介质中合成了接枝β-环糊精的功能性纤维素纤维,制备了包合间苯二酚药物的功能性纤维素纤维,测定了不同温度时的包合药物稳定性常数和表观热力学参数,考察了包合药物在水溶液中的稳定性能和释放性能。结果表明,包合反应为放热反应;包合反应是分子间的范德华力在起作用;该纤维在温度低于25℃时包合药物较稳定,在人体温度36℃左右释放几乎达到了最佳状态。A new kind of functional cellulose fiber grafted with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) was synthesized in an alkaline medium, which contained an inclusion complex of resorcinol drug. The stability constant and apparent thermodynamic parameter of the inclusion complex under different temperatures were determined, and its stability and releasing behavior in aqueous solution were also examined. It is observed that inclusion reaction which is affected by van der waals is one kind of exothermic. The inclusion complex contained in the fiber is rather stable under 25℃, and its release of resorcinol reaches nearly optimum state is around 36℃, which is the normal temperature of the human body.
