摘　　要：运行实习是热动专业重要的实践教学环节,传统运行实习方式困难多、效果差。利用火电机组仿真技术改进完善电厂运行实习,费用少、效果好,很受师生和用人单位欢迎。Operational practice is an important practical teaching link of thermal energy and power speciality. There are many difficulties and poor effect when in traditional operational practice, so the simulation technology was used to improve the operational practice, which costs less and has a good offect and is widely welcomed.
