论我国图书馆职称评定中的功利化行为及其杜绝

摘  要:针对图书馆界职称评聘工作中存在的不合理现象和职称评定中的学术研究不正常现象、原因以及职称评审机构采取的措施,提出个人的见解即废除职称终身制,实行定期复审制度;评聘分开,学术研究任务落实到专业技术岗位,并加强岗位考核,职务能上能下;提高职称送审文章的质和量要求;加强学术研究的监督和惩处力度。Aiming at the abnomal phenomenon, the causes leading to the phenomenon and the existing measures in evaluation of professional rank for librarians, tiffs article presents some personal viewpoints: to do away with the professional rank lifelong system, to regularly carry out the system of examining the technical rifles; to separate the evaluation from the appointment; and to reinforce the examination to the post. Anyone in the library can be ready to accepta higher position or a lower one, and the personnel department concerned should set a still higher demands on both quality and quantity of scientific research in evaluating professional rank, reinforce the supervision on and punishment for the merits and demerits of their academic research work.
