摘　　要：讨论了用ＣＡＳ－ＣＰＢ胶束增溶比色法测定头发中铝含量的最佳实验条件。最大吸收波长为６３０ｎｍ，铝的线性范围为０～４．０μｇ，变异系数ＣＶ＝３．２％（ｎ＝６），回收率为９８％。The optimum experimental condition for the determination of Al in hair by micellar solubilization spectrophotometry with chromazorol S-cetyl pyridininum bromide was discussed.The maximum absorption wave length is 630 nm,the linear range of Al is 0-4μg,the coefficient of variation is 3.2%(n=6) and the recovery is 98%.
