摘　　要：介绍了行军标SJ20882-2003《印制电路组件装焊工艺要求》。它是我国首例以彩图和文字的形式来描述PCB装焊中有关THT、SMT的各项要求和可接收条件、验收条件以及为什么要编制这样的装焊要求,同时阐明了产品制造中执行标准的重要性。Describe the trade military standard SJ20882 -2003 ＂The requirement for soldering technology of Printed Circuit Component Assembling＂. Describe every demanding items and acceptable and checking conditions of THT and SMT that related to PCB assembling and soldering in the form of the colorized pictures combined with the words that appears first in China, and why to write the demand. Put forth the importance of executing the standard during products manufacturing.
