新显色剂3-噻唑偶氮-5-氨基苯酚与铜(Ⅱ)显色反应的研究与应用

摘　　要：研究了铜(Ⅱ)与3-噻唑偶氮-5-氨基苯酚(3-TAP)的显色反应,在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下,pH6.5的clark-lubs缓冲溶液中3-TAP与铜反应,生成1:1稳定络合物,λmax=546nm,ε546=3.45×104L/mol·cm铜含量在 0～2.8μg/ml内符合比耳定律,该方法用于食品中铜的测定,结果满意。Colour reaction of Cu^2＋ with 3-thiazodyzo -5-amino phenol（3-TAP） was studied. In cetyltrimethylam moniumbromide （CTMAB）medium and pH6.5 buffer solution of clark-lubs 3-TAP could react with copper（ Ⅱ ） to form a stable 1：1 complex. The molar absorptivity was 3.45 × 10^4L/mol·cm, at 546nm when beer＇s law was obeyed in the range of 0～2.8μg/ml, This method is applied to the determination of copper in foods with satisfactory results.
