摘 要:金马大桥的桥面板、边主梁以及横隔梁分阶段一次浇注有别于传统的施工方法,可能会导致横隔梁中的预应力储备过于偏小和边主梁外侧可能因为变形过大而使应力超标,进而产生裂缝。文章通过有限元计算分析证明其横隔梁应力储备合理,边主梁不会产生裂缝,施工方法合理。此外对横隔梁预应力筋的张拉顺序进行了施工阶段分析和研究,得出分批张拉预应力筋会使两道横隔梁中的应力更均匀合理的结论,对同类型工程具有一定的参考价值。The construction of the bridge deck, longitudinal edge-beam, and the diaphragm at same time of jinma bridge maybe resulted in some questioning as follows the prestress force in the diaphragm was beheved too low and result in cracking in the side-face of the main girder. This paper verifies the satisfactory adequacy of the prestress force in the diaphragm by FEM Analysis and the questions can be totally eliminated in terms of side-face cracking in the main girder. Furthermore, the prestress procedures in the diaphragm are studied by loading cases. A conclusion can be drown being that a uniform and reasonable stress distribution in the diaphragm may be presented through the multi-stage prestress. The construction of Jinma Bridge provides an effective reference and basis for the main girder prestress construction of future similar large-span cable-stayed bridges.
