摘　　要：目的:探讨肾上腺区肿物的临床诊断与病理关系。方法:分析43例肾上腺区肿物的临床表现、实验室检查结果及病理报告。结果:不同的肾上腺区肿物可以有相同或相似的临床表现与实验室检查结果;相同的病理改变可以有不同的临床表现与实验室检查结果。结论:肾上腺肿物具有多种内分泌功能,不论诊断为何种疾病,术前均应充分准备,确保围手术安全。Objective：To consider the relationship of the diagnoses and pathology of adrenal aera tumor. Methods： A review of data from 43 cases of adrenal area tumor was undertaken. Results：Different diseases showed same or similar clinical manifestation and laboratory assay results, Homological pathology possessed different clinical manifestation and laboratory assay results. Conclusions： Adrenal tumor may create many kind of substance, Whatever the diagnoses of adrenal diseases, patients should be prepared thoroughly before operation.
