摘　　要：运用文献资料、专家访谈和实地考察等研究方法,对我国优秀运动员人才交流的规模、形式、途径和项目进行调查与分析,论述了人才交流和体育后备人才培养的关系,以及我国竞技体育人才交流存在的不足。提出:完善项目布局、处理好人才引进与后备人才培养的关系、出台配套政策、推动西部体育发展等建议。The research methods of literature, interviews to experts, on-the-spot inspection etc. were applied to investigating and analyzing the scale, forms channels and events of the outstanding sports talent exchange in our country. It expounded that the relation between the talent exchange and the training of reserve talent and the deficiency existing in the exchange of competitive sports talent, and put forward such proposals as perfecting the layout of events, handling well the relation of the introduction of talent to the training of reserve talent, fomulating the matched policy, push the devdopment of sport in the western regions forward and so on.
