利用PASS对临床住院患者用药医嘱的监测分析

摘　　要：目的评价合理用药监测系统(PASS)的性能。方法利用嵌套了PASS的“军卫一号”医院信息系统药学工作站回顾性监测我院14个临床科室616位患者的40101条用药医嘱,并对监测结果进行分析。结果不合理用药医嘱共有835条,不合理用药发生率为2.08%。其中,药物不良相互作用占91.02%,注射液体外配伍不合理占4.55%,儿童用药不合理占4.43%。结论PASS有助于提高临床合理用药水平,但该系统存在的不足有待不断完善。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the performances of prescription automatic screening system（PASS） , METHODS： 40 101 medication orders of 616 inpatients in 14 departments of our hospital were monitored retrospectively by using ＂Army Health No. 1＂ Hospital Information System Pharmaceutical Workstation that equipped with PASS. RESULTS： There were 835 irrational drug use medication orders and the incidences of irrational drug use stood at 2.08%. Of which, 91.02% involved adverse drug interactions, 4,55% involved irrational in vitro injection combinations and 4.43% were irrational use of drugs for children. CONCLUSION： PASS system is conducive to rational drug use in clinics, yet it is still for from being perfect thus further improvement is needed.
