SSTR_2在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨SSTR2在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达及其与生物学行为和预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测48例上皮性卵巢肿瘤中SSTR2蛋白的表达水平。结果:SSTR2在良性肿瘤中的阳性表达率为83.3%(10/12),交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的阳性表达率为60.0%(3/5),卵巢上皮性癌中的阳性表达率为45.2%(14/31),3组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组中,TNM分期越晚、组织分化越差、体内有腹水患者的肿瘤组织中SSTR2表达却相对增高,其间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:SSTR2表达水平可能与卵巢癌组织分化、临床分期有关。Objective： To investigate the expression of SSTR2 in epithelial ovarian tumor and its relation to the biological behavior and prognosis. Methods： The expression of SSTR2 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 31 cases of ovarian carcinoma, 5 cases of borderline ovarian tumor and 12 cases of benign ovarian tumor. Results, The positive rate of SSTR2 in ovarian carcinoma, borderline tumor and benign tumor were 4. 52% （14/31）, 60.0% （3/5） and 83.3% （10/12）. The statistical analysis showed that the positive rate of ovarian carcinoma was lower than that in borderline and benign ovarian tumor（P〈0. 05）. Expression of SSTR2 gradually increased with the progress of clinical stage and histological grade. Conclusion： The expression of SSTR2 has close relation with malignant degree of ovarian carcinoma and might be a reference of estamiting the prognosis.
