摘　　要：作为“社会良心的大学”是引导社会道德进步的重要力量,在培养大学生良好的道德行为上责无旁贷。德育目标是有层次性的,基础道德教育目标是实现高层次教育目标的基础和前提。受不完善市场经济和外来道德等多方面因素的影响,大学生道德建设现状不容乐观。在高校扩招和独生子女比例越来越大的今天,基础道德教育尤其重要,督勤促俭应作为高校学生工作的重点,是高校德育目标的起点。Acting as ＂the university of social conscience＂ is the important strength of guiding social morals advance, it is duty-bound on the good morals behavior of training college student. The goal of moral education has level, basic moral educational goal is the prerequisite and foundation that realizes high-level educational goal. because Being effected by the various factors such as market economy and outside morals, the moral construction present situation of college student do not being optimistic. In college expand recruit with the proportion of the only child more and more today, basic moral education is especially important, hard work,Thrifty and strengthen oneself should be emphasized as the work of student management, it is the starting point of college moral education.
