摘　　要：针对改革以来我国发生的严重的国有资产流失问题,借鉴部分西方发达国家对国有资产和国家所有制企业管理的经验,对应当怎样建立和完善具有中国特色的国有企业经营者监督约束机制作了研究,并提出了若干对策性建议。In terms of the loss of national assets since the opening-up and reform of China, with reference to the management experience of national assets and state-owned enterprises of developed countries, this paper conduct in-depth research into the ways of establishing and perfecting supervising and restricting mechanisms with Chinese characteristics for the administrators of state-owned enterprises, and puts forward several suggestions of countermeasures.
