摘　　要：从供应链分销系统角度出发,提出了在多个分销中心和多个零售商条件下分销网络优化的双层规划模型,模型考虑了分销网络中分销中心和零售商之间的信息共享及对策影响,从而降低了整个供应链的费用。The paper builds a bi-levd programming model of distribution system under the circumstance of multidistribution centers and multi-tradesmen from SC standpoint. It takes information share between distribution centers and multi-tradesmen into consideration so as to lowering the cost of the whole SC.
