生长激素对Turner综合征的促身高作用

摘　　要：目的研究Turner综合征患者生长激素治疗的效果。方法 Tuiner综合征患者30例,年龄平均(12．5± 3．76)岁(3-22．7岁)、骨龄(10．6±2．49)岁(3-16岁),均进行染色体检查,生长激素激发试验,给予重组人生长激素(rhGH)治疗,疗程为3个月-4年不等,剂量为0．13 IU·kg-1·d-1,观察治疗前后身高(Ht),身高标准差积分 (HtSDS),生长速率(HV),骨龄(BA),体重(Wt)。结果 Turner综合征患者经12个月的rhGH治疗身高增长明显,身高SDS增加0．73,年生长速率(HV)比治疗前提高3倍(P<0．001)。结论rhGH对Turner征患者有明显的促线性生长作用。Objective： To evaluate the effect of the recombinant human Growth hormone （rhGH） therapy on height velocity in patients with Turner syndrome. Methods： 30 Turner syndrome （ agel2.5 ± 3.76 years, bone agel0.6 ± 2.49years） received rhGH 0. 13IU · kg^-1· d^-1 , they were Karyotyped and growth hormone provocation tests. Results： The effects of rhGH increasing the linear growth is significant （P 〈 0. 001 ） , height velocity （IIV） increased from 2.46 ± 0. 78 cm/year （ before treatment） to 7.25 ± 1.68em/ year （after treatment one year）, the differences is highly significant （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Height added 0.73SDS. Conclusion ： rhGH had obvious result in promoted the growth in Turner syndrome.
